Bulcote Farm Development

Residents who submitted objections to the previous application will have received letters informing them of a revised application which has reduced the new build Enabling Development by some 10%. This is considered to have little impact on previous objections including those from statutory consultees. The Parish Council have submitted a summary of previous objections and have undertaken a letter drop to all residents, which included a letter template for those wishing to object. To date almost 30 letters have been returned and forwarded to Newark & Sherwood's planning department. It is understood that the application will again be put to the planning committee early in the new year and we presume that a recommendation for it to be rejected will be made. This cannot be guaranteed and if you are of a mind to object we would encourage you to return the letter of objection or submit your own response.
